RETURN POLICY:

Due to the exclusive nature and high demand, all sales are final for this merchandise.  Please check your chosen product sizing, shipping address, and billing address that you are submitting is correct as is cannot be modified or changed.  If your items are returned because of an invalid address we will have to charge you to reship your package.  As orders cannot be modified, they can only be cancelled if there are critical errors in your order.  Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges.

ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGES.  SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING ONCE THE ORDER SHIPS.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTY AND TAX ON DELIVERY. DUTY AND TAX MAY VARY BY COUNTRY.


REFUSED PACKAGES WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR CREDIT.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES TO HAVE THE ORDER RE-SHIPPED, IF AVAILABLE.

 

THE BUYER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITIES OF CLAIMS MADE WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING CARRIER CLAIMS.

 

IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, ANY CONCERNS REGARDING ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVING IN WRITING WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY OF THE ORDER.
